Natural Diamonds & Gemstones
Imperial Color Diamonds specializes exclusively in natural diamonds and fine gemstones.
Every natural diamond and gemstone possesses unique characteristics formed by nature. Variations in color, clarity, inclusions, crystal growth, proportions, brilliance, and overall appearance are natural attributes and should not be considered defects.
Where applicable, diamonds and gemstones may be accompanied by grading reports issued by internationally recognized gemological laboratories, including the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). Not every gemstone is accompanied by a laboratory report, depending on the type of gemstone and accepted industry practices.
Product Photography & Display
We make every effort to present our jewelry as accurately as possible.
However, the appearance of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and finished jewelry may vary depending on lighting conditions, photography, image processing, screen calibration, and individual display settings. As a result, colors and visual details displayed on your device may differ from the physical piece.
Pricing & Quotations
Any pricing displayed on this website is provided for informational purposes only.
Formal quotations are prepared individually through private consultation and remain subject to change until confirmed in writing by Imperial Color Diamonds.
Due to fluctuations in the international diamond and gemstone markets, pricing, availability, and quotations may change without prior notice.

Any inquiry submitted through this website is considered a request for information or consultation only.
Submitting an inquiry does not constitute an order, reservation, purchase agreement, or contractual obligation by either party.
Imperial Color Diamonds reserves the right to accept or decline any inquiry or consultation request at its sole discretion.
Bespoke & Custom Jewelry
Many of our creations are designed and manufactured exclusively for individual clients.
Terms specific to custom commissions, including deposits, production timelines, approvals, and cancellation terms, are confirmed directly with each client in writing during the consultation process and govern the individual transaction.
Shipping
Where applicable, Imperial Color Diamonds offers fully insured worldwide shipping.
Shipping arrangements, estimated delivery schedules, customs documentation, and applicable duties are communicated directly during the consultation process. While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure secure delivery, shipping timelines are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Craftsmanship Warranty
We take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and stand behind every piece we create.
If a manufacturing defect is identified, Imperial Color Diamonds will, at its discretion, repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
This warranty applies solely to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, loss or theft, unauthorized repairs, resizing, modifications performed by third parties, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Any warranty assessment shall be conducted solely by Imperial Color Diamonds.
Intellectual Property
All content available on this website including, but not limited to, photographs, videos, jewelry designs, renderings, CAD models, artwork, graphics, logos, trademarks, branding elements, product descriptions, written content, website design, layout, and source materials is the exclusive property of Imperial Color Diamonds or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, transmitted, displayed, downloaded, stored, or otherwise used in any form without our prior written permission.
